1. Organization means any person, company, institution, society etc. who has availed the service.
2. The terms and conditions and an operational rule given here constitute the entire agreement between “Arash Info Corporation (hereafter referred to as ‘AIC’ for the sale of brevity)” and customer with respect to the service.
3. Service including domain registration, server space, web designing, hosting, internet connection, scripting, software and information services that “AIC” offer markets, maintenance and website maintenance supports as the of date and all fixes updates that “AIC” may offer to the customer however the terms of contract from will cover only those which the customer has specifically availed.
4. “AIC” shall provide service to the customer, in accordance with these and conditions for the period opted by the customer in lieu of the services charges paid b the customer at the time of signing this contract form.
5. The customer hereby confirms that the information given by him in contract form is true and correct.
6. This service agreement is subject to realization of cheque/DD and subject to full and final payment.
7. “AIC” reserved the right to terminate all existing or previous service agreement with prior notice if the due payments are not cleared full and final.
8. “AIC” shall not be liable to the customer for services of any kind if the domain is expired before the services period.
9. The registration fee is payable in advance and is unconditionally non refundable. If the government in future levies any tax, fee or other out goings, the same shall be borne by the customer.
10. Please note that Cheque dishonored will be incurring a charge of Rs.500.00.
11. Interest will be charged @ 24% p.a. on bills not paid after 10 days.
12. “AIC” shall not be liable to customer for any loss, expense, or damage of any kind in connection with the performance of its obligations under this contract, or arising form disruption, interruption, suspension or malfunction of services for whatever reason.
13. The customer is entirely responsible for civil or criminal liability, which is incurred as a result of their use of the products/services/contents.
14. The customer is fully responsible for any contents (text, logo, photo, video, music, color scheme) to be used in the website and other services.
15. The customer is fully responsible and liable for the violation of Copyright Act, Trademark Act, any Intellectual Property Act and any other illegal activity.
16. The customer hereby undertakes to indemnify “AIC” against liability for any and all aspects of these services.
17. “AIC” expressly excludes any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent possible by law.
18. “AIC” may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the service, wherever possible “AIC” will strive to give a prior notification of such changes, though “AIC” reserves the right to do so without prior notice to the customer.
19. This agreement is subject to force majeure clause.
20. This agreement is subject to Ludhiana Jurisdiction only.
21. All the correspondence shall be addressed to “AIC” at the address given in the contact form.
22. The customer hereby declares that he has read these terms and conditions and the contact form completely and that he unconditionally agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
